ill give you more of me, but i hope you understand. to create, under extreme circumstances, is an act of love and rebellion. "notice" the first track of my self produced EP "self help" exploring my thoughts and  personal experiences dealing with loss, and often times the season of creation and growth that comes after. 

i spent so many years battling perfectionism and depression, if theres anything i want you you to know more than anything, start now,....break it....mess up, start all over again finding your voice is messy, especially if you can relate to suppressing your voice from growing like a weed in a toxic system.
