On day 5 of our journey through the essentials of manifesting and working with the Law of Attraction, we're talking about the importance of self-worth. This topic can be a big one for people, as we often struggle to feel self-love, self-value, and self-worth. We believe everyone is more valuable than us, and we often get overwhelmed by a sense of imposter syndrome. However, if we don't feel worthy of something, we block its manifestation, and so this is also an important one to dive into. 

In order to reverse any negative self-talk and get into alignment with our TRUE and WORTHY self, we're going to do two POWERFUL exercises (including some quantum healing!).

Have you ever done or created something, and all you could think about was how it wasn't good enough, you're not good enough, and you'll never be good enough? These kinds of thoughts are extremely intense and overwhelming, and their intensity can convince us that they are telling us something REAL AND TRUE. They will feel so true and so factual that it can be hard to see them for what they really are - distortions on our own self, our value, and what we're capable of.

In this episode, I talk about a recent experience I had with this that seemed to shake me to my core. It made me really look at how I talk to myself, what I believe about myself, and how I am often unable to see my own value and worth. I will share with you what I learned, how I'm healing from this, and what I want you to know about your own limiting and negative beliefs.
