Se fosse “coisa de momento”, eu já teria desistido 
Esperei o momento certo, pra poder dar a investida 
E desde então vim construindo, focando sempre em manter vivo, não desistir para mim numa causa, (hunf) já é ter vencido 

jamais se dar por vencido, ou tentar ser o convencido 
De ser melhor que alguém, esse alguém no porém pode ser seu amigo 
Não é uma disputa, eu insisto, tem espaço pra todos, aviso!
Única diferença é que nem todos fazem por merecer, aí não é comigo!

Tomei as dores do mundo, e dele fiz meu abrigo 
A nada eu te obrigo, mas refletir é preciso 
Abram seus olhos e ouvidos, a tudo que tens vivido
E torne tudo possível, até mesmo o invisível 

Aquilo que toca no peito,

um sonho perfeito
De que o mundo fosse do seu jeito, por ser precioso 
Tente, mas não fique tenso!
Faça ao menos que o momento seja tão intenso

Que dure mais e não se apague, tipo incenso 
E a chama que se propaga no vento, tipo um incêndio, Não te queime por dentro

Seu tempo ocioso lhe fosse gostoso, gostastes do gosto? 
Desejos opostos, seres sobrepostos
São novas propostas, velhas anedotas 
E quase desistes! 

Sem a arte eu só existo, nem sei como que eu consigo
É com ela que eu resisto, é por ela que eu to vivo
Fiz da minha vida um improviso, me importando com o que tenho dito 
Vão falar que não é bom mas eu nem me importo, por isso que eu persisto

To me achando meio perdido, encontrado? ou foragido?
Buscando oxigênio pra não se afogar em meio a esse dilúvio 
Queria ser como um vesúvio, mas meu bem o mundo é líquido
Queria um bom lugar, em um dia frio só para ler aquele livro 

Quantos livros que não foram lidos? Quais os filmes que não foram vistos?
Visualizar não é interpretar, assim que surge o analfabetismo
Ainda não tenho mil inscritos, mas já devo ter quase mil escritas 
Não falo de agora, falo de outrora, de todas as outras minhas vidas

Quantas delas foram corrompidas? quantos erros que eu cometi?
Quantas vezes não cumpri promessas que um dia eu mesmo me prometi?
Esse é o sentido de estar aqui, não só chorar mas também sorrir 
Espero que o ar não fique rarefeito, e a falta de fé faça sucumbir

Que a arte nos salve, resgate e acalme, e sempre mantenha-nos alimentados 
Do corpo e da alma, que seja capaz de quebrar as correntes dos acorrentados 
Da mente e da palma, paladar, o tato, arte oxigênio, isso é olfato
Com ela eu expiro e inspiro, isso é fato
Em todos sentidos é inominável (2x)

We are the originators of the Low Arousal Approach, a non-aversive approach to managing distress, which encourages stress reduction and de-escalation, with a focus on the behaviour of supporters.
