To start the APHOTICAST series with nothing but pure passion, we feed you a fast-paced sensual podcast by local artist TAXSH. 

TAXSH is a Portuguese artist born in Switzerland. Her work as a DJ focuses on using her musical expression to satisfy a need for self-knowledge and self-realization, body, mind and spiritually/energetically wise. Her art feeds on physical and metaphysical elements from which she forms a bridge for her artistic path and development. She materializes and externalizes this exploration through a fusion of elements marked by Hard Techno, Industrial Techno, Acid, Trance and Hardcore, creating an uplifting ‘cresciendo’ flow that only gets harder and harder through her sets. It’s a full circle when all the pieces of her Metamorphosis process come together, to dance. 

She started in 2019, at the instrumental Violence collective, in Coimbra. Since then, she usually plays at parties/venues such as ARVI+, Nada Temple, Núcleo A70, TugaNaturaBarreiro, Arroz studios, Rádio Quântica, Rádio Ophélia, Plantasia, among others.

Dedicated to Soma People – Ahead of Their Event on Friday, March 7th in London

A sonic tribute to a space built by and for FLINTA, queer people, and their guests. A space where music is liberation, movement is resistance, and energy is raw, unapologetic, and real.

On International Women’s Day, we honor the power of community, the strength of expression, and the pulse of the underground. This set is a testament to the sound, the vision, and the people who make it all possible.

Secret Guest Sensual Techno

V.40 (Secret Guest), Soma People co-founder and resident artist, sets the tone with hypnotic, dark, and sensual soundscapes, weaving a moody intensity that grips you from the first beat. Opening Soma People on Friday, 7 March 2025, for International Women’s Day (IWD), her set was a masterful descent into deep rhythms and shadowy textures – recorded live at Ormside Projects.

She played alongside Denise Rabe, Livid, and Origami, each artist bringing their unique energy to a night dedicated to powerful sound and presence.

With a refined touch, V.40 crafted an atmosphere both intimate and commanding, drawing the crowd into a world of pure sonic seduction. Big thanks to Ormside Projects and everyone involved for making this night so special.
