Toen Mark van Baal merkte dat fossiele bedrijven hem als journalist te makkelijk konden negeren stapte hij op het podium waar negeren geen optie meer was: de aandeelhoudersvergadering.


Sindsdien is hij een factor in het spel.


Een superslimme zet, gedaan door een heel innemende man die volharding bijna tot kunst heeft verheven. Met zijn initiatief Follow This zet hij sindsdien bij elke aandeelhoudersvergadering van fossiele bedrijven verduurzamen op de agenda.


En met succes. Ze groeiden van een aaibaar initiatief tot een factor van belang die ook steeds meer andere aandeelhouders in beweging brengt. Om van factor van belang uit te groeien tot een beslissende factor is het zaak tot een meerderheid te groeien en daar werken Mark en zijn collega's elke dag aan.
