My older sibs had this Danish band's 45 and I would play it on my orange and white turntable as a kid.
Since I joined my first punk/wave band, I tried to get my mates to remake this, but I never convinced anyone (eventually Banarama did a dance version that went to number 1 😠). 
Now with modern synthetic vocalists available, I realized I could finally do my remake.

Oh, and I may have changed the 2nd verse from "black as a dark night she was... wow!" to
Batman's the Dark Knight she loves... POW!
