Recorded and mixed at Salford's renowned Blueprint Studios and mastered at London's iconic Abbey Road, it's a laid-back piano pop song with an uplifting message about supportive friends.

Celestial Skies is the stage name of British singer and songwriter Chris Selman. Chris has previously released music under his own name and under the pseudonym Words & Noises. His songs have been played by BBC Radio 6 Music and Channel 4, and have earned critical acclaim from the NME and The Guardian.

Celestial Skies' debut album 'Songs For Blue Romantics' was released in 2022 and was supported by LGBTQ+ media, with a feature in GAY TIMES magazine and airplay from Gaydio. Celestial Skies' music has also been featured by tastemaker publications including Wonderland, Notion and Rollacoaster.

After taking 2023 to write and roadtest new material at gigs, 2024 was a year of new music for Celestial Skies, with the politically-charged EP 'Walk in the Shadows' released in June to coincide with pride month. A new Christmas-themed EP, 'The Gender Agenda', was released in December.

2025 sees even more new music, with 'The Art of Breaking Hearts', the new album, released 23rd May. It includes the singles 'Go Slow!', 'Desperation Nation' and 'Holly Golightly'.
