Homelessness can be the result of a variety of circumstances. This song is the story of a man who eventually became homeless because his engine died and he could not afford to have it repaired. The aim of the song is to encourage us to show kindness to the homeless and help support local food banks, knowing that "that could be me beside the curb or sleeping in that car."

Let me introduce myself. I am a contemporary Christian songwriter who has "borrowed" the beautiful voices of Katie Smith, Marty Martin, Luke Hibbard, and Namarah McCall to record these songs. I am forever thankful for their enthusiastic willingness to make my songs come to life. In addition to writing worship songs, I like to write songs that touch the heart, stir compassion and help one relive those special moments in life.
