Prolific, unstoppable and downright defiant when it comes to selecting samples and piecing together music, this selection covers all the bases - from keeping a dance floor popping such as in ‘Hold It’ and ‘17mm’, to the more hypnotic, psychedelic breakdown of ‘Ride The Plane’, over to the ‘Break Neck’ which oozes that angular shoulder shuffling T>I flex. We know you gonna love this.

Trakker, a master of twisted, drum-laden chaos, claws his way into Sofa Sound’s legacy with a sound as unpredictable as a cat on a freshly upholstered divan.

This EP is a whirlwind of signature pressure only he can weave, stitched together with thunderous drums and feral flair.

Expect a litter of bangers: ‘Bamboozled' (alongside Brassik) slinks with aggressive synth stabs and drums that cut deep. ‘VKN' delivers raw, chopped breaks fused with face-melting distortion.
‘OM' weaves haunting vocals through shredding amens, poised to tear any dancefloor to bits.
The title track 'House Cats' brings splashy hats and an infectious wobble.

Capping it off, scene veteran Basic Rhythm collaborates with Trakker on 'Jelly Belly', blending Trakker’s sorcery with a tidy nod to the old-school sound of years past.

Kathryn Brenna in the MODE and coming with The Remedy but it’s certainly no Coincidence she’s bringing Genic, one of the sickest names in the game, in on the second part of her Sofa Sound EP. 

Coincidence is a melancholic, deep but hard hitting club smasher ready for any set any time, Remedy coming with something a little deeper and more reflective primed for those deep late night sessions. This one will hit hard whatever the occasion.
