🌘 🌒 Nous allons ici explorer les liens entre les phases lunaires, les phases solaires, et notre bien-être. Quel lien existe-t-il entre la Lune et l'état de Yoga ? Et le Soleil dans tout ça ? 


🌞 Célébrés depuis toujours dans des cultures très anciennes, les rites solaires de l'équinoxe et du solstice sont bien loin de la croyance ésotérique et des inventions farfelues issues de l'imaginaire d'hommes soi-disant "primitifs".




Nous verrons comment la Nouvelle Lune et la Pleine Lune peuvent influencer notre énergie, nos émotions, notre sommeil, notre fonctionnement. 
Nous aborderons également les équinoxes et les solstices, ces moments charnières de l'année où l'énergie sur la Terre change de comportement.

"De la VGM (pour variété génétiquement modifiée) pouvant contenir des traces de guitares plombées, de voix phosphatées et d'arachides soniques" : c'est ainsi que je défini mon style musical pour déconner car mon style musical c'est un peu toutes les musiques: du rock, de la chanson, de l'électro, du folklore, de la musique classique… etc…
Fort de diverses expériences (une tournée aux USA, plusieurs albums, les rencontres d'Astaffort avec Cabrel), je n'arrive pas à cesser d'écrire ou de composer. Vous allez aimer ou détester, mais je prends le pari de vous surprendre.

BIO
Né d’un père Algérien et d’une mère Lorraine, Je viens d’une famille modeste, pas musicienne. 
A 9 ans j'entre dans une harmonie à Mulhouse, où j'apprends la clarinette et le saxophone avant de tomber amoureux de la guitare. Adolescent, je monte plusieurs groupes rock. Mais l’aventure collective est trop confuse à mon goût. A la fin des années 80, après une tournée de 29 dates aux USA (en tant que guitariste dans un orchestre de variété) je réalise des maquettes pour "démarcher", avant de quitter Mulhouse pour Marseille, où je deviens objecteur de conscience dans une association culturelle. A mon retour en Alsace, j'ai une petite fille et dois trouver un emploi pour faire vivre ma nouvelle famille. Finalement, la parenthèse durera plus de 10 ans…
De 95 à 97 je m'enferme dans sa cave pour réaliser mon premier album "la clepsydre", album aux arrangements sophistiqués fortement marqué par les influences des grands groupes rocks des années 70'. 
Suivra en 2001 l'album "Le droit chemin" dans un style plus actuel avec une alternance entre les ballades et les morceaux rock et l'apparition d'une petite touche électro. 
2003, je suis sélectionné aux rencontres d'Astaffort, stage organisé par notre Cabrel national!
J'y trouve un nouveau souffle pour l'écriture qui débouche sur l'album "Anticipation" puis sur l'album Loveproof en 2006. Les arrangements plus dépouillés mettent en avant un jeu de guitare plus subtil, les textes, emprunts d'une grande maturité, dissimulent de nombreux jeux de mots et sens cachés. En choisissant mon camp (la chanson à textes), j'opte enfin pour la cohérence.
2009, je participe à un stage d'écriture en partenariat avec le festival "avec le temps" à Marseille. C'est l'occasion de rencontrer Agnès Bihl, Emilie Loizeau, Erik Benzi, Gildas Lefeuvre et bien d'autres encore. 
Sortie du 1er album pressé entièrement autoproduit "Tout doit disparaître" avec son packaging étonnant en forme de chariot de supermarché. Manque de bol, le label qui m'a commandé cet album a aussi "disparu"… Puisque les étiquettes sont décidément inévitables, je m'invente un style : la VGM, pour variété génétiquement modifiée, définie comme un mélange de guitares plombées, de voix phosphatées et d'arachides soniques. 
Avec plus de 100 chansons à mon actif, je me défini davantage comme un auteur/compositeur que comme un artiste. Membre Sacem, je suis capable d'écrire et composer sur mesure et je cherche actuellement à placer des morceaux. Fred lives on Earth, where he teaches college courses in Philosophy, and hosts poetryoga meditation circles.

John Roy Zat (aka John Croizat) has been performing in the greater San Francisco Bay Area since the 1970's.  Kate Wolf recorded his words to "Midnight On The Water" for her second album, and the song has since been covered by Banish Misfortune, Caroline Herring and others.  Since 2011, John has released three CDs,  "Solo", "Collaborations", and "Who Zat",  all of which have gotten consistent airplay on independent radio and charted well on Roots Music Report and other radio play lists.

With Appalachian influences, Cajun, dust bowl, and a dash of rockabilly, John's songs highlight the bittersweet ups-and-downs of life, and the promise of love we all have within us.  "Great lyrics, rich vocals, solid guitar picking, and his fiddling rocks !!"
