Felipe Bortoloti is a Brazilian composer, audio engineer, and sound designer based in Porto, Portugal. He is the creative mind behind the electronic music projects Nørus and Personal System 個人システム.

In addition to his artistic endeavors, Felipe is the founder and manager of the music label Code Selections Records and the co-founder of Somnum Studio, where he also serves as part of the audio engineering team.
