I actually had this one composed for a while before the Act 1 for a concept OST that I wasn't using for anything, titled as "Metropolis Plaza", fast forward and I compose Rainy Rails Act 1 and it just hits me, it sounds just like a successor to Rainy Rails Act 1, similar instrumentation, literally the same key(what a coincidence) so I repurpose it for Sonic Shattered Rainy Rails Act 2
