Jamuary is over, and from jamuary, I decided I needed to get more comfortable with sampling workflows. So I made some instruments (sampled from a korg electribe 2), used the included string instrument, controlled the unosynth with the smpltrek, and did the filter by hand. All effects are internal to the smpltrek. Next will be chopping into pads and breaks I think.

Really the first track I'm proud of from the SmplTrek. It's a good egg.

Drums are from a kit posted to the SmplTrek subreddit, the three sample instruments I sampled from the the MC-101, and then I controlled the MC-101 with the SmplTrek.

The Sonicware SmplTrek controlling my MC-101. Smpltrek provides sequencing and drums, featuring kits made from drum loops (from electronisounds if I remember correctly). First time messing with loops in this way, I normally program/play it all in by hand. I learned a lot! This was for the blues theme for a #HardwareJams but I finished it too late to submit it.
