Emergency morse code to close ranks (in any form) to reject the TNI Bills and also the Polri Bills which have recently been strongly opposed in resistance by the people of Indonesia, especially civilians. Of course, everyone is worried about the manipulation of the elite level which will slowly begin to rebuild the foundation of militarism in the timeline of civilian life—ridiculously, the country is not even in a state of military emergency.

As we all know that the Bills will potentially revive the old terror that once occurred during the New Order, namely the Dual Function of ABRI (combined elements of the TNI and Polri organizations) into the realm of practical politics. This is, of course, very damaging to the results of the political reform of '98, especially the fact that the remnants of these practices have not been completely erased until nowadays—or at least neutralized from the realm of civilians and practical politics. The facts on the ground at this time strongly indicate that (particularly) elements of the Polri almost always give a birth to some number of their elements who are pro-violence against civilians, unexceptionally from military elements' arrogancy of their repressive powers—which of course not all.

Corruption cases at the elite level are an old worm of disease that has not been cured—and it seems that they deliberately do not want to be cured; remain comfortable in being 'ill', whilst enjoying being bipolar maggots to their own people—this is what the public should read regarding the design of the 'foundations of militarism' which have the potential to intervene into practical politics and civilian life, which is none other than as a source of power for the elite-capitalized; entrepreneurs and businessmen in the governmental structures.

The correlation related to the design planning of the 'foundations of military power' by the current state leader is worthy of being suspiciously suspected as a form of strategic 'trestle of saw-horse' for the interests of the status quo. Moreover, the duo: the previous and current state leaders, appear to be 'more intimate in playing the cards on the same table behind the curtain'—capitalism, militarism, and politics.

Grgur Savić — alter ego Tekkno_J — is a Berlin-based composer and musician working in the field of free music. Primarily a trained saxophonist, his work includes various mixed sound experiments and visual media outputs. Predominantly experimental, intuitive, and non-linear, he creates through numerous mediums and technologies such as graphic scoring, electronic feedback, and live performance, working largely in electro-acoustic environments.

Using an array of wind, string, and electronic instruments (clarinets, flutes, pipes, objects, no-input mixing), he mediates between interaction and discipline. More recently, he has focused on exploring the combination of amplified acoustic instruments and objects, with a primary interest in closely blending or recreating sounds inspired by human-made machines, surroundings, and the conditions in which people, animals, or plants live and operate.

Savić mainly performs and collaborates with other artists, mostly musicians and new media creatives with a contemporary approach such as Sanja Star, Richard Scott, Daniel Craig, Ute Wassermann, Samuel Hall, Emilio Gordoa, Ignaz Schick to name a few.
