Life in the Silence of Concrete

Last week I was playing with some of my instruments: The Torso S-4, the Korg Minilogue xd and my voice. This is what came out of one improvisation session. Something I would love to do more often. I hope it feels as in flow and calming while you are listening, as it did feel for me creating it :)

Душа моя, как... ты права... 
...
Давай с тобой побудем в тишине,
В той плотной тишине, 
Которой мы порой касаемся во сне,
Которая в любом профанном дне, 
Сакральною подложкой молча, скрытно
Лежит за всем - ярка и самобытна,
Неповторима, индивидуальна,
И да, не перебор - божественна... 
И просто гениальна...
...
В ней семена, зачатки мирозданья,
Любых потенциалы проявлений...
...
Святая Пустота... 
Незримый миру Гений...
...
И мы - 
Две клетки непроявленного мира,
Без глаз, без рук, не зная расстоянья...
Друг друга узнаём... 
Почувствовав дыханье...
Иного... 
Молча сказанного Слова...
...
Блеск! Взрыв! Приходим в восхищенье...
Инсайт! И снова... снова... снова...
Летят навстречу чувств переплетенья,
Струятся рифмы, чтобы за словами
Сказать, как Ты прекрасен... 
Ты прекрасен - нами...
...
В Твоей же пустоте рождёнными на миг
Нашедшими друг друга в виртуале,
Где пикселы не значат ничего... 😉
И всё же...

Мне эта тишина любых словес дороже...
Твой восхищённый взгляд всё мягче...
И нежней мой тоже...
...
И волны чувств текут по этой дрожи,
Немого узнаванья... 
Самих себя... В глубинах мирозданья...
...
Молчим... молчим... прижмём ладонь к губам -
К моим, твоим ли - всё одно и тоже...
Сияет только взгляд... и то не глаз -
Их нет...

Струится и звучит незримый миру Свет...

3/11 Baja Bliss Live Transmissions - Sonic Portals of the Soul - Live Looping Soundscapes  2.12.25

This track is inspired by our recent travels in Asia. Its played with a Lyra and Japanese Bass Bamboo flute within the key of C in a hybrid scale of Kokin, Akebono and the Lyra in C Dorian with Kluwak and Kerwani seeds for the watery effect. This scale creates an Asian feel while evoking a yearning that is resolved with the major notes and the watery effect.

Some of these are home recordings, which are organic, non-GMO and homegrown ;-),... so there may be some natural background sounds (e.g., our dog breathing or our Koi fish swimming).

Music has always been the thread weaving through my life. On my third birthday, I received a yellow cassette recorder from my aunt.  From that moment onwards I was constantly singing and recording,  dreaming of stages yet to come. After exploring different creative paths,  only in my 30s I have returned fully to my first love: sound.

In live performances, DJ or hybrid sets I create immersive electronic soundscapes that are sensual, deep and emotionally charged. They merge ambient textures, downtempo grooves, deep basslines, and delicate foley details into multisensory journeys that invite listeners to pause, feel and reconnect.

In a world that is becoming faster, louder and more disconnected, I create intimate sonic spaces that allow us to feel again and reconnect with what matters: humanity, emotion, beauty and awe.
