At last, what do we know about time? An essential indicator of our lives, counted in seconds, officially codified worldwide via the international System of Units. Always running forward, never coming back. An implacable, invisible, impalpable truth, haunting each one of us, as we all expect it to ring the bell sooner or later. 

Hey, here’s a theory: couldn’t we distort it sometimes, even just a tiny bit? Because Lyon-based label SousTraitance may have managed to finally alter its course through its last compilation, a year and a half after the inaugural one.
“Looking for MTH” V/A successively stretches and contracts the passing time, or at least how we perceive it. Lose yourself in tempo fluctuations and audio glitches, between the slow, entrancing rites of Jan Loup, Israfil and Sabla, the atmospheric dilatations of Isabassi, Marion Castor and Inhmost, or the high-paced, feverish, raging outbursts of Tera Octe, Loïcc and Tadan.

To be released in limited-edition CD and digital on January 25, 2023: 9 tracks over one hour, that could actually go round the clock or vanish in the blink of an eye, we just can’t tell anymore.
