A reimagined version of Lil’ Kim’s “Spell Check [Remix]”, recorded during The Naked Truth session in 2005 and never released officially, laid over the disco-funk groove reinterpretation of the Ukrainian folk song Ruta by the Soviet pop band ВИА Чарiвнi Гiтари’s “Ruta”, released in 1979. 
Vintage Soviet swing meets 90s NYC attitude in this genre-bending mashup. 
Mixed and restored in Logic Pro + WaveLab.
