A recording prepared specifically for the "Cassettes" exhibition, organized by the TIME NEW ROMAN art collective. Object consisted of a cassette tape with a distinctive cover. The piece serves as a sound-based interpretation of Agnieszka Sztejerwald’s artwork "Self-Portrait". Track title "Öö" means “Night” in Estonian.

Short, eerie, and shadowy. Sparse instrumentation leaves room for tension — like waiting for something that never quite arrives. A beautiful exercise in restraint and mood-building.

A man cares for his wife as she gradually succumbs to dementia, her health fading away. In her stillness, he catches fleeting glimpses of the vibrant woman she once was, even as she feels like a ghost of herself. Memories of their life together fill his mind, a bittersweet reminder of all they shared.
