Pads drift with a slow internal tide,
upper tones move forward with free phrasing,
and nothing is governed by a single pulse.
Everything floats toward the horizon,
as if two timelines were gently dissolving into one.

The harmony glides through five soft modulations
(C → D♭ → E♭ → G → A),
not as sharp jumps, but as color gradients.
Within these shifts, subtle microtonal bends appear —
24-TET–inspired inflections that lean into emotion
rather than fixed mathematical intonation.

A dual-time structure shapes the entire piece:
a grounded slow pulse underneath,
and a freer upper phrasing moving on its own timeline.
This creates the sensation that “inner time” and “outer time”
aren’t aligned —
a perfect musical metaphor for standing on a horizon
where past and future overlap.

Created through AI × Human collaboration.
Mixing and mastering were done manually
to preserve the small tremors,
the soft imperfections that breathe like life itself.

上の音たちは少し自由なテンポで前へ進む。
どのパートもひとつの拍にしばられず、
ふたつの時間が静かに重なっていく“地平線の呼吸”になる。

和声は C → D♭ → E♭ → G → A と
五つの柔らかな転調をすり抜けていく。
劇的な変化ではなく、
色が滲んでいくような グラデーション。
その合間に 24平均律を思わせるマイクロトーン が潜み、
数学ではなく“感情の傾き”で響きが決まっていく。

リズムは 二重時間軸 で構成され、
下層のゆっくりした脈動と、
上層の自由なフレーズが、それぞれ別の速度で進んでいく。
“外側の時間”と“内側の時間”が、
ほんの少し違う速さで進む——
まるで過去と未来の境目に立っているような音。

AI×Human 共作。
ミックスとマスタリングはすべて手作業で、
小さな揺れや不完全さをそのまま残した。
それらは生命の呼吸そのものだから。

そっと地平線に立ち止まり、
まだ決めなくていい “間” の時間を過ごしたい夜に。

Hey everyone! Guess what? It's my birthday, and I'm turning 16! So, to celebrate, I've decided to drop this song (downloads enabled), which is quite special as it has a unique story of its own. As for the cover art, can't say the same since I speedran making it in like an hour or two. 

I made this song, which is the only one I finished out of the 3 that I began working on, for SILKENWOOD's "Mad Hatter Vol. 1" event. Each participant received a prompt that would serve as a challenge during their production of their song. My challenge was to do it with no EQ. 
My workaround was a filter and a frequency splitter, but I was told by another person that it was a type of EQ, which would disqualify me. Turns out, I wasn't out yet, as they sought the producer being in a new production process and flow, not necessarily an incredibly perfect 1:1 accurate following of the prompt. So, I finished the song after that and submitted it since I liked it so much, but I got rejected.

Regardless, with that challenge, I feel like I truly discovered how much I truly took for granted production tools that truly help me when I use them. To get to this song being made was not so easy. 2 scrapped mediocre IDs came before this one, but in the end, the song got complete, so here I am weeks later to drop it on my birthday. I had the plan to save it for Valentine's Day, but I got impatient. 

As I write this, it's 4AM, so the schoolday hasn't even begun. I haven't slept yet, so I will go do that and then try to have the best birthday ever! Take care everyone, stay safe, be kind, spread love and remember: never give up.

“Quantum Wind” is not written on a single timeline.
It is shaped like a slow-motion cloud drifting through a gravitational field—
a piece where pitch, time, and air pressure all bend at once.

The foundation of the track rests on 24-TET microtonal motion,
but not as a mathematical experiment.
Here, microtones behave like wind direction,
constantly tilting the harmony by a few perceptual degrees,
as if the entire room were breathing.

The internal structure contains multi-tempo layers:

a hidden, ultra-slow arc that stretches the ambient field,

a mid-range pulse that shifts speed in gradual curves,

and a higher micro-pulse that never fully locks into either grid.

These three flows don’t synchronize—
they glide past each other,
creating the sensation that time itself is being refracted.
It is “tempo” not as BPM,
but as gravitational curvature.

Harmonically, the pads lean slightly outside 12-TET,
with pitch-slides shaped to mimic
the way light bends when passing through warm air.
The track feels less like a composition
and more like a “moving atmosphere”—
a cinematic sound object drifting in and out of focus.

This work marks a new phase for Kamioto Roi:
an independent, self-directed exploration
of multi-axis time design,
microtonal phrasing,
and AI-assisted spectral shaping.

Created after the first month of activity,
“Quantum Wind” shows the beginning of a longer research path—
a future-forward approach to post-ambient cinema
where sound behaves like a living fluid.

内部には 三つのテンポ軸 が流れている：

アンビエントの層は、時間が止まるほど遅い呼吸、

中域の鼓動は、なだらかなカーブを描いて速度を変える、

高域の微細パルスは、どのテンポにも寄り添わず、すれ違い続ける。

三つの時間が決してひとつにならず、
すれ違い、重なり、離れていく。
その“ズレ”の中に、
聴く人の心が吸い込まれていく余白が生まれる。

和声は12平均律の外側へ、
そっと傾く。
温かい空気の中で光が曲がるように、
音の尾がやわらかく滑り込んでいく。

曲というよりも、
ひとつの「大気」そのものが形を変え続けるシネマ音響作品 と言える。

この曲は、
デビュー1ヶ月を超えた神音 呂伊が
独自に研究を深めはじめた“新しい音楽形式”の第一歩。
AIの微細な表情と、人間の感性、
そして多軸時間の設計を組み合わせた、
未来のポスト・アンビエントへの試作でもある。
