We're excited to introduce you to the very first podcast from the talented French producer, Clarence Rise.

His work is often described as Cinematic or Cold Techno, reflecting a unique fusion of complex rhythms, dark sound design, and contemplative melancholy. Over the years, the French producer has developed a strong musical identity, intense and singular, where incisive techno mixes with icy atmospheres. 

As a prolific artist, Clarence Rise has left his mark on numerous labels, including Cellar Door, Indefinite Pitch, Khoros Records, Fur:ther Sessions, and more. He has also shared stages with some of the biggest names in the electronic music scene, including Jeff Mills, Robert Hood, Kangding Ray, DJ Nobu, Answer Code Request, and Blawan. DJ and Live artist makes every performance a journey, as percussive as it is transcendent.

Despite he is a young producer, he has already released music in labels such as NFEREE, BAHN· Records, Indefinite Pitch, BUDE Records, Crescent London, Unheard and Circular Limited.
He is also co-founder of the newborn Tbilisi based label, Spira Records, alongside Tsott and Solarmental.
Gurami has left his mark in clubs such as TES, Cafe-Gallery or Kibe in Georgia, but also at LAUT and Macarena in Barcelona (ES).

ABOUT US

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

In 2025, we plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
