The reason it sounds the way it does is because the story it’s telling; it’s a boy going to a night party and basically he almost get into a fight with 3 guys but they becomes friends in his head as a response to the reality of what’s going on. It’s so deep to the point he leaves the party and start goes out having a boy’s night out because he thinks he’s partying with the 3 dude he almost fought at the party. When in reality he has developed split personalities to cope with the reality of what’s actually happened at the party with the 3 guys. It hints in the song if you listened “wait didn’t we die in that collision? Oh shit yea we did die in that collision” as a reference to they did in fact die in that fight/altercation with those 3 dudes at that party. So those voices you hearing in the song talking to each other are his split personalities helping him avoid facing reality. I write stories so my songs are very in depth even though they may seem random they’re not I assure you.😂
