In this meditation, you can prepare for the coming Spring, create new goals with fresh energy. By using the metaphor of your life as a garden we can employ creative visualization to give birth to a positive, forward-looking vision of our life, our goals and how to actualize them.

There will be periods of silence during this meditation so you can contemplate the images.  If you feel yourself getting drowsy, take a deep breath, sit up straight, align yourself and re-focus to get the most out of this meditation.  But there’s no judgement. If you fall asleep that means your body needs more rest and on a subliminal or subconscious level, you will still get the benefit.
