This is a 2020 remake of a track from 2008.  In 2008, i'd just been to Russia for the 2nd time.  This time Moscow with work, previously St. Petersberg for a holiday.  Writing this is 2025 is challenging given what's happened in the world in the last few years.  But I love Russia, the architecture, the history, the people (even though the girls didn't like smiling). And even though my friend Danny has his wallet lifted in a search by the Police in St. Petersberg, and my credit card got skimmed in Moscow.
when writing it back in 2008, i was obsessing over recreating that glacial sound from AIM's Cold Water Music.  which you can still hear on this remake.

Red Army

The 2-part finale isn't off to a great start... with too much exposition, new characters and an underwhelming cliffhanger. There's some good stuff throughout but the weakest entry in the series.
