I made this mix for an ecstatic dance event back in Spring that was cancelled due to the relentless 'Rona. The format is a little different from a regular DJ mix - designed to take the body through a journey of moods, grooves and rhythms. 

It was created on Ableton as I didn't have access to decks at this time, apologies if the mixing isn't so organic.

When I received this email I was so excited to record because this specific Step-Dad, had a level or personal awareness about him,  that can be hard to find.

" I also have 5 step kids and they have been in my life for around 6 years now. I have just recently came across your podcast and find the information invaluable. For 6 years I haven’t really put in the work though. I am close with some of the kids but also struggle with some. Like I said, it’s already been 6 years.
