A path appears — and bends my face.

Sloped like thought,
Cracked like grace…
Wheat breathes warm —
Then leaves no trace.

Built it high…
Watched it die.
Stored my soul —
For who? For why?

I see you… moving… in… the… air…
Drifting like we’re… never there.
Wheat and me — same symmetry,
Cut and dropped — like memory.

Homes ahead… but made of dust.
Fold like maps… betray their trust.
We bend… we give… we snap… we slide…
We feed the hands that pick our pride.
