On this instalment of Cowbelladonna's exploration in cover songs, Harper dives into the essential psychedelic rock classic, "My White Bicycle" by cult English band 'Tomorrow', famous for it's guitar work by iconic Yes member Steve Howe, and the song's appearance on the 1984 parody record, 'Neil's Heavy Concept Album'. 

(This cover was originally recorded as a birthday present for my Dad, but now all of you can enjoy it!)

Recorded between 5:35pm, 10th and 5:46pm, ‎11th of February ‎2023. Electric and Acoustic instruments recorded in two different rooms in Australia. 

Guitars on this track were all tuned to D standard.

We hear a great Mike Millard master recording of YES in LA on Oct 3, 1980 in support of their transition album, Drama.  Trevor Horn sings beautifully and the whole band is on fire. We hear Machine Messiah, Tempus Fugit, and And You And I. Amazing performance and recording.

Disillusionment

Here's a recording I made of me playing Steve Howe's "Mood For A Day".  I must have played this piece 5,000 times when I first learned it back in high school.  Steve Howe, next to David Gilmour, was my hero.  This recording was made in August 2002.  I suppose I wanted to document that I actually knew how to play the piece back.  I never released it until now, some 21 years later.
