A track for an upcoming low poly surf game I'm working on. This track is for a part of the island with stormy weather and dangerous surf.

The Revenge

The rapid descending notes came first in a Seattle October 1982 rain shower interspersed with bright sun; I discovered/created that pattern on my piano looking out at the dramatic weather. In 1989 I was bicycling on a heavy Soviet folding bicycle up and down hills in the Catskills, and the setting sun and gentle downhill in Shutters Corners, NY made for a happy interlude where the tune in the second part of the piece came to me.  I combined these 2 and linked them with other ideas into a solo piano piece recorded in 2011. At the CD Release concert I wrote an oboe part for Paul McCandless which we finally recorded in 2017.  In 2024 I added a bassoon or cello part to make a trio, and for this album I orchestrated it for a chamber orchestra and removed the piano. A musician friend calls the opening discordant part “the bats!” It is a piece with lots of starts and stops, several repetitions of the rain shower motif, alternating with moods during a time (1989) of many changes in my life. I think it fits the many changes in our times as well, with a hopeful peaceful end.

The Twister Mix Part 5 Ft Vanee And Luna

made another track built off of Dan Deacons mystic familiar guided meditation deck. Got "clouds' "A crab twice your size" and " a new day starts a moment you'd like". Started out with rain and rhythmic snapping noise but scrapped the snapping for it didn't mesh well with the synths and bass. Hope you all enjoy :)

I specialize in writing music that is dark and beautiful. It stretches from post rock to classically inspired to ambient and would best suit post apocalyptic, sci-fi and fantasy projects. 
All of these pieces, which are demo's, have been done "in the box" with the programs Reaper and Fruity Loops and with no budget whatsoever.

Hi, I am Dominic :)
Since I was a child I loved music and did always have a very special and intense love for music that was tuned with synthesizers or had electronic elements. 
I can still remember the feeling as a child after hearing some unbelievably good music in the radio of the car while driving with my parents. 
Especially the total lack of words to describe the emotions I felt hearing the music when explaning it to my friends surprised me.
There was a time, I was around 10 years old when my aunt gave me a Cassette on which she recorded her own productions. 
On my birthday we rolled the tape and had really a lot of fun. There was some sequenced and sampled raw techno on it as far as I can tell.
Then I had a huge realization: Everybody can make music and experiment with it.
Pretty soon I started making music my own in the age of 16 when I came across my first Acoustica Mixcraft.
I am known for my loyalty and this also applies to keeping a style I invented when I was in the age of 19/20 with "endlose weiten" and "incoming thunderstorm" among some other tracks.
Since then I kept developing and also experimented a lot with virtual instruments and VST plugins.

My biggest Idol in life is Anthony Favier aka NTO. His beautiful and significant Sound is bringing me joy and motivation to get better every day.
Of course I also adore Worakls, Paul, Bodzin etc. etc. 
Back in time I also loved producing Minimal Techno.
I have a huge love for the music of Nathan Fake and James Holden as well.
