i have decided to make this a series, attempting to do as many of the themes of the cast of Second Impact and New Generation as possible, barring exceptions where I think there's really no way to do an interesting mashup.

this one was literally conceived immediately after i did Intergalactic NYC and i think it was a pretty funny joke. the alternative title for this one was "Dudley's Broken Gas Pedal".
