I wrote “The Streets Remember Us” to tell a story of movement, defiance, and the power of presence. It’s about the moments when we take up space, when our bodies, our desire, and our fire refuse to be hidden. I imagined streets that remember every heartbeat, every act of courage, and every spark of rebellion, and I wanted the music to carry that energy.

The track unfolds like a journey—quiet, intimate moments that swell into surges of exhilaration, pulsing rhythms that echo both tension and liberation. It’s cinematic and visceral, designed to make you feel the streets, the people, and the fire in motion.

For me, this song is a celebration of resilience, connection, and freedom. It’s a reminder that the fire we carry can never be forgotten, and that together, we rise.

I found writing lyrics a new outlet for my creativity. As such, you all will have to suffer through the thoughts that go through my brain. Travel safe.

While i'm responsible for the lyrics and the general end result, i should emphasize that the actual sound is created with generative AI. I chose the sound, the voice, the genre and delivery and the general guidance of song structure and instrumentation. Build Ups, Instrumental breaks, Drops etc. are all placed by me and given input as best as the AI can handle it. With more granular tools and a better control over the generated audio my personal input will grow as well.
