Matches is Matthew Stolley. New Orleans born, he grew up listening to brass bands in the streets, and carried that vibe through the 90s as predominantly a jungle DJ bouncing between SF and NYC. As he grew musically, Matthew began sound design for the groundbreaking German company, Access, as an interactive method  to learn more about synthesis techniques. He released a handful of well received patch banks for the Access Virus, culminating in the “10 Dirty Years” anniversary release. He has now returned to music production, mostly focused on dance floor tech house with an edge.
