You don't get to the top by doing $10/hour tasks when you should be closing $10,000 deals. But here's where most of you screw up – you hire before you master. That's weakness. That's amateur hour.

First, you need to MASTER the skills yourself. I'm talking about knowing every detail, every nuance, every failure point. Because when you delegate without mastery, you're just multiplying your incompetence. You need to be able to spot when your VA is messing up before they cost you deals.

Document EVERYTHING. Screen record every process, every system, every detail of what you do. This isn't a suggestion – it's a requirement. Your SOPs are your playbook. Without them, you're throwing money away on a VA who's just guessing at what you want.

Agencies versus finding your own VA? Here's the truth: Agencies cost more but save time. They handle the screening, replacement, and basic training. Going solo means more control and potentially lower costs, but you're responsible for everything. Choose based on your bandwidth, not your ego.

What can VAs handle? Lead generation, data entry, market research, scheduling, follow-ups, document preparation, and basic analysis. But remember – they're not your strategy team. They execute, YOU strategize.

Now, about passwords – I see "entrepreneurs" sharing login credentials like they're handing out business cards. STOP. THIS. NOW. Use password managers. Set up separate accounts. Create systems. One security breach can destroy everything you've built.

This isn't about whether you need a VA. It's about whether you're ready to scale like a professional or keep playing small. The choice is yours. But don't come crying when your competition outpaces you because they made the right choice while you were still answering emails.
