Music has always been a passion for Andreas Vural, an award-winning Swedish headphones entrepreneur.

From a young age Andreas had a strong connection to music. His childhood was filled with musical fulfillment by playing guitar, bass and piano and growing up under the influence of many different musical genres.

His appreciation of electronic music wasn't until years later, when he discovered Stockholm’s vibrant music scene and by founding his own headphone brand; Happy Plugs, available in over 120 countries worldwide.

After DJing regularly, Andreas started writing and producing his own tracks, blending elements of melodic, organic and afro house with cinematic orchestral pieces to create a unique and memorable sound. 

His first EP; Uyazi with vocals from Nomvula SA featuring remixes from Enoo Napa, Argento Dust and Leo Guardo was released September 1, 2023.

After his studies in marketing & communication, Marco founded Barbur Room in 2014, when he moved to Berlin and hosted artists from all over the world, such as Charlotte De Witte, Deborah De Luca, DJ Chus, Riva Starr, Chus & Ceballos, Anna Tur, Juliet Sikora, Nakadia, Simina Grigoriu, Hito and discovered new great talents such as Anfisa Letyago, Fideles, Giorgia Angiuli & many others.

Marco has played in many clubs and venues in Italy, Spain, Germany and Netherlands. Lolas Club, Paradiso Rooftop (Ibiza), Birgit, Cassiopea (Berlin), Old Fashion, G-Lounge, The Beach (Milan), Three Sisters (Amsterdam), Praja, Rio Bo, Quartiere Latino, Samsara (Gallipoli-IT), The Sanctuary (Otranto-IT), Nomade (Ostuni-IT), Lampara Club (Bari-IT), Cromie (Taranto-IT) and many other venues in his own Puglia, famous area in South Italy.

In 2016 Barbur drew attention for his massive remix of Simina Grigoriu’s “Nunchaku”, debut work on her imprint label, Kuukou Records.

In 2020 Barbur launched his label, Barbur Music, releasing melodic house & techno and finding new talents from all over the world. In 2021 he launched also another electronic music channel & label, Berlin Techno Music, focused on the german capital city’s sound.

In the last years Marco has collaborated with Julian Wassermann, Simina Grigoriu, Alexi Delano, Claude Monnet, Alex Kennon and many others with remixes and EPs on labels like Nomade Records, King Street Sounds, Nite Grooves, Frequenza, Kuukou Records & his own Barbur Music.

Barbur's mixes has also hosted on international platforms as Ibiza Global Radio, Electronic Groove, Cadenza Podcast, Redolent Radio, Data Transmission, Ibiza Sonica, When We Dip, Music is 4 Lovers, Deep House Amsterdam & London, Pioneer DJ Radio, Connect, Deep House Sweden & many other channels from all over the world.
