Created during a soundscape making and listening workshop, speculatively engaging with changing political and natural climates, with sound clips pre-recorded by participants. 

The workshop took place and the Mosaic Rooms, London, 28/09/24, as part of the year-long project common /play\ grounds led by yasamin and sass. common /play\ grounds sides with our new programme strand Mujaawarah (neighbouring) striving to nurture rootedness and community, shared wisdom and wellbeing.

Soundmining makes dark, generative ambient music. It is based both on pure electronic sounds and on recorded natural sounds.

He is a Swedish composer named Daniel Ståhl. Born in Stockholm, Sweden 1967 and is currently based in Stockholm. Studied composition at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm between 1992 and 1995.
