Life In Breath

An invitation for the listener:

We have a limited amount of control over the simple act of breathing before our autonomic nervous system overrides any conscious thought, taking sub-conscious control over many aspects of our nervous system, including our ability to respond and react, but also to shut down, heal, and repair.

While immersed in this music, I invite you to slow and deepen your breathing as you listen, using your inner-vision and inner-hearing to weave your very own breath into the experience of hearing this music, allowing your breath to become an instrument that ebbs and flows, slowly and deeply, with the music.  Breathe deeply into even the lower portion of your lungs, bringing oxygen in abundance to every cell of your body, and give your body permission to provide whatever nourishment it can use to repair and rebuild your cells!

Bathe in the ocean of love!
