Streetlight flicker on a broken beat,
Shadow wearing somebody’s feet.
Graveyard perfume in the radio rain,
Fingernails counting down my name.
Neighbors vanish from the picture frame,
Zombies learning all our games.

I hear a whisper through the keyhole wall,
If I dare to look—will I see them all?

Curtains shake like a seance thread,
Who wrote my name in the fog, blood-red?
