We couldn't have asked for a better appetizer plate, it's an al dente delicacy. This famous Italian chef living in Berlin served us a juicy, modern trance infused with 90s ingredients. Just as stated in his cook books 90's Wax and Tusk Wax.

A nearly 90 minute culinary experience started at 130 bpm and gradually heated up to 160°C. And for dessert a pulled breakbeat with bass music is served.

Rosnička Pondcast 04 ~ Younger Than Me

Happy to finally release the fifth part of Rosnička Pondcast serie and more than happy it brings back our favorite artist from Festival Rosnička 2023 line-up. This dj set isn't a live record from the festival!

DJ JM is Lithuanian, he lives in Copenhagen, he makes wild, colourful, bang-bang techno. Sniff out a light whiff of oldschool house and garage, but set in a fully modern bass pickle. A very technical rhythm production with minimum melodies.

DJ JM has been producing since 2015 and the major milestone in his career came 4 years later. JM released his 5 track EP on London label Nervous Horizon, which featured a collaboration with UK producer TSVI/Anunaku. It was followed by a well known EP 'Bad Advice' (2021) and the newest EP 'Abnormal' (2023), also at Nervous Horizon record label. Check it out!

Rosnička Pondcast 05 ~ DJ JM

Another rescued DJ set recording from Festival Rosnička 2024 captures nearly 90 minutes of an energetic, groovy ride by Prague-based DJ Nill Garçon.

She started her career — where else but in Brno, since that’s where all good Prague DJs seem to begin. :)

Maintaining a groovy vibe and a steadily pumping flow without relying on obvious bangers, massive drops, or loud techno is a more demanding discipline than it might appear.

Nill Garçon at Festival Rosnička 2024

Part of Friday's lineup at Festial Rosnička 2024 was also Canadian artist Daniel "Westdale" Styles, who currently lives in Brno.

After dark, he surprised the crowd with a heavy-hitting, bass-driven set, blending tribal drums crackling like a fire with ultra-modern basslines that sounded like Bristol in the year 2035.

In his highly technical DJ set, slow rhythms shifted constantly in position and tempo, breaking the dancers on the Ausfahrt.club stage down into tiny pieces. Some were never able to put themselves back together again.

Westdale at Festival Rosnička 2024

Straight from Munich Munich, German DJ and producer Dennis B., also known as Dexxis, arrived in the Czech town of Svitavy. In a similar spirit to his performance at Rosnička 2025 in Svitavy, he prepared a well-driving, rather minimalist but heavy-booming DJ set for our Rosnička Pondcast numero 9!

Is it techno? Is it house? Maybe it’s minimal. We don’t know — but it sounds incredibly good! Thanks for joining us at Festival Rosnička 2025, Mr. Dexxis!

In a friendly tandem together with Dexxis (known from Rosnička Pondcast 09), David Franz — a careful selector and vinyl enthusiast from Munich — also made his way to Festival Rosnička 2025 in Svitavy, Czech Republic.

For our Rosnička Pondcast serie, he recorded a noticeably lighter, good-vibes-only mix that will not t let your feet in calm under your office desk.
