most people over the age of 50 will deal with some form of joint osteoarthritis (OA). many of those affected by OA will attribute activity and wear and tear of life causing the worsening of OA but, the worst issues I see from OA are not from activity but from lack there of. weight will also be a contributing factor, but there is another condition I think plays a bigger part of the equation and that is Metabolic Syndrome. this condition I see with almost all my OA patients and is not being treated the right way. meniscus tears in the knee can limit function a lot. many people that get tears or injury to the knee joint look at injections and surgery options that are not necessary to get back to normal function with limited pain. the meniscus sometimes needs surgery but more times than not it doesn't need to be operated on to get back to function without pain. I will discuss of a few of my patients with meniscus tears that were able to conservatively rehab their knees and avoid surgery and other drugs to mask pain. if you have knee pain from a meniscus this is a good podcast to listen to before deciding on surgery options.

Juan Ignacio Bianco, Dj proveniente de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, del barrio de Villa Devoto.
El inicio de su carrera musical en el mundo de la música electrónica comenzó  orientado a un estilo mas housero, a principios del año 2021, asistiendo a la academia ARJAUS, aprendiendo de excelentes artistas tales como Franie Smith, Franco Strato, Mr Fowks y Miguel Silver entre otros.
A fines de 2021 empezó a presentarse en vivo en diferentes eventos, y asi poder mejorar sus presentaciones en vivo y su trabajo sobre la marcha a la hora de analizar la pista, y a la gente. 

Al comenzar el año 2022, ya estaría encontrando su sonido caracteristico, orientado al techno melódico, y al indie dance, con sonidos un poco mas sintéticos y ácidos, pero sin salirse de lo melódico.

Se ha presentado en lugares como INK, Undergate, club la octava, entre otros.

Actualmente estudiando producción para poder salir con un estilo único y personal que lo caracterice, mostrando su sonido característico, que vendría a ser Indie dance/Melodic techno.
