🇫🇷 J'ai remixé récemment le single de Taylors Swift - The Fate of Ophelia en version Nu disco / Nu dance et après avoir posté tout ça sur YouTube, j'ai découvert la sublime version cover de la chanteuse Ambre Vallet ! Ni une, ni deux, j'ai repris mon remix et adapté mon remix à la superbe reprise de Ambre et voici le résultat !! Je la mets bien sûr en avant pour son talent et son travail, car, sans sa voix cette version n'existerait tout simplement pas !! Je vous invite à la suivre sur YouTube et sur ces autres réseaux ! Je lui ai envoyé les versions audio et proposé la collab pour cette vidéo. Je n'ai pas encore reçus son accord et bien sur si elle le souhait je supprimerais cette version si elle n’était pas d'accord !! En attendent son accord ou refus je vous le présente. 🇬🇧 I recently remixed Taylor Swift's single "The Fate of Ophelia" into a Nu Disco/Nu Dance version, and after posting it on YouTube, I discovered the sublime cover version by singer Ambre Vallet! Without hesitation, I took my remix and adapted it to Ambre's superb rendition, and here's the result!! I'm giving her credit, of course, for her talent and hard work, because without her voice, this version simply wouldn't exist!! I encourage you to follow her on YouTube and her other social media! I sent her the audio versions and proposed a collaboration for this video. I haven't received her approval yet, and of course, if she doesn't agree, I'll remove this version if she doesn't! How will Marijuana Reclassification Affect Employer Reasonable Accommodation?

Selective focus of dried weed and bottles with medical cannabis lettering near doctor writing prescription Employers are facing one of the most consequential shifts on workplace drug policy in recent memory. On December 18, 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order that reclassifies marijuana from a Schedule I to a Schedule III drug.

While this does not legalize marijuana federally, this change could significantly alter how courts and agencies evaluate ADA accommodation requests. With the federal directive to move marijuana to Schedule III, courts and enforcement agencies may reinterpret what constitutes a “reasonable accommodation”, especially for employees who are lawfully using state‑approved medical cannabis.
