Gravitational Forces is a new underground techno label from CMPND (BE) in Belgium, and has previously featured UK talent Dorbachov.

The second EP welcomes Amine Kohb to the roster, and the upcoming French producer already lists a back catalogue including Arnaud Le Texier's Children of Tomorrow, Fernanda Martins' Devotion, Robert Hoff's trau-ma, and Lindsey Herbert's EvilGroove, to a name a few.

Joton is a veteran techno figure from Spain who has over two decades of outstanding releases for labels like Ben Sims' Symbolism, Developer's Modularz, Juan Sanchez's FORMAT, and Abstract Division's Dynamic Reflection, as well as his own Newrhythmic.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Bravura" which is a jackin' and ethereal adventure. Subtle harmonics and metallic textures create a spacey and functional cut full of atmosphere and lush, analogue grooving.

Every week in Berlin, we invite artists to share the music they love. These recordings come straight from our space, just as they were played.

All sets at migas are captured from the output of our Isonoe ISO420 mixer into a Tascam FR-AV2 recorder via balanced cables, in WAV 48kHz / 32-bit float.

The mastering chain includes only a touch of analog-style saturation (BB Tubes), applied in parallel to add warmth and cohesion, followed by a transparent limiter (L2) to gently control peaks.

The final file is exported as FLAC 48kHz / 16-bit.

Sceptical C

The Antillean Artist Corne Van Der Heijden, hailing from Curacao N.A., was nurtured in an environment rich in various musical styles that continue to flow through his veins, defining his sound today. His journey into DJing commenced at the age of 12 when he became captivated by the art of playing vinyl. At 18, he transitioned to Eindhoven, in The Netherlands, for his studies, believing this would signify the end of his musical pursuits. Contrary to this belief, it marked the beginning of a remarkable new chapter, leading him to embrace his passion for electronic music. 

His musical journey has garnered significant attention, and his extensive collection of released and unreleased original tracks has established him as a highly sought-after DJ for various events, whether utilising digital vinyl or performing live. This multifaceted artist is poised to energise numerous dance floors. His musical style is profoundly engaging, traversing genres from house to techno, interwoven with classic influences, consistently retaining an underground allure that is entrancing. He emphasises the importance of connecting with his audience, as he believes that the true value of music lies in the collective experience it creates.
