Fishhawk

worldanalogue is the electronic music project of UK-based musician Alex Joyce. 

In the early days, he trained as a bass guitarist to be a pro-level session musician, helped by his studies at Liverpool Community College, which propelled him onto the then-vibrant and eclectic Liverpool music scene.

During this time, he became a touring musician, playing with metal/alternative/experimental acts around the UK. While studying in University, he began to explore production and electronic
music, and took these new interests to the studio and out onto the live scene.

In the 2010s, Alex shifted his focus towards electronic and dance music production, creating his own tracks, while also continuing his work as a "producer behind the scenes" for bands who needed live intros and additional album production, as well as mixing jobs for clients online.

Today, in this new landscape, Alex seeks to express his own creations, not under the banner of some pre-defined genre, but as an individual artist who wants to communicate his works with a pure spirit, and hopes to connect with others who do the same.
