This is by far the largest project D.S. have ever made with about 65-70 tracks of audio and with MIDI included about 100 tracks in total and it's also the longest song ever made by D.S. (8:16 minutes).

Done for an assignment in digital music composition class, with the melody coming from the list of potential melodies that must be chosen for this composition; everything else involved creativity.

Xxhe or Ж is an ice composer, vocalist, sound artist, serrulate sonancer, performer, novelist, poet, ballerina turned bending shape dancer, martial artist, experimental opera borner, and groundbreaking creator from San Francisco.

Known for writing a "strange-tundra" opera at the age of seventeen using the sounds of wind, ice, orchestral instruments, and the human voice, Xxhe styled a new genre and continues to invent new ways to write music.

The founder of the “Dialect Halls of Ж: the rooms to sonancers, movists and zuo dialects,” a collective which curates unusual and intimate performances, Xxhe is a gatherer of musicians, performing story-heavy dance pieces to their original compositions in both above and underground places - never without an extraterrestrial flare and a drop of otherworldliness.

D.S. is a Swedish synthrock/electro-industrial project with it's roots all the wayback to 2005/2006.

The project was started as a music project by record producer and music engineer Daniel Westin and to be later reformed as a traditional band when sufficient amount of material was written for the project/band. 

In 2018 the project was reformed into a traditional band with the idea to be a four or a five piece band. D.S. is currently recruiting new members!

Current members:

Daniel - Synthesizers, piano, percussions, sampler, drum machine, backing vocals, chief songwriter, producer and recordist/mixer.

D.S. is currently apart of a TV series called "Eat and Listen" produced by Wesslansfilmproduktion to be aired on a YouTube channel called "Eat and Listen channel". 

All demo songs by Daniel of D.S. are produced with hardware, electric and acoustic instruments. Mixed with analogue and digital outboard FX gear!

Our influences:

Everything from Dire Straits, Guy Fletcher, Alan Clark, Depeche mode, Alan Wilder, Dave Gahan, Martin Lee Gore to very early Skinny Puppy, John Hammink, Andreas Hörlén (futurepast), Markus Fuller and Daniel's mentor in music Erik Olsson Kirsten (trained pianist, record producer and music teacher).
