Here is why I do what I do.

Music did not start as a career for me. It started as survival.

When my father abandoned me as a child, something empty opened up inside me. But at the same time, music planted a seed. It became the voice that stayed when people did not. It became the place where I learned to stand on my own, where I found strength, identity, and purpose. When I pour myself into these songs, it is not just passion. It is my life story. It is the only thing that ever felt like home.

That is why I care so deeply about the music I create. That is why I am intense about my work.

Music helped me survive myself, and now I make it to help others survive their own battles.

These recently posted songs on 11/19/2025 are not my usual MDRJR tracks, and I am not singing on them, but I wrote every word. They are part of my new Country Pop project called Tennessee Major. If we can help Tennessee Major grow, it might help MDRJR reach more listeners around the world who need these songs and these messages.

I am also building Ida Clementine Boatwright, a young Country Pop artist I created to carry the innocent, hopeful side of the stories I never had as a kid. She represents the light, the childhood warmth, and the playful heart that so many people lose along the way. She is another part of my mission to help people feel seen, loved, and understood through music.

In many cases, definitely not all, the lyrics is my own, sometimes Ive just edited the lyrics so that it appear more humanlike. Suno provides the music and the vocals even if i have musical background it so much easier to use Suno for that.
