Ángel, también conocido como Evil Kuts es un joven Sevillano del colectivo de Tsk (The Southern Krime), amante de los ritmos rotos, que se caracteriza por su oscuridad y sus buenas mezclas. Es el encargado de abrir nuestra primera temporada de podcast, ya que su estilo encajaba a la perfección con nuestro colectivo, y nos ha dejado asombrados con esta sesión llena de temas de psybreaks y techbreaks siguiendo una línea de mezclas tan contundentes y bailongas que no podrás dejar de escuchar. Dj cordobes que desde temprana edad se empieza a interesar por la m˙sica electrÛnica escuchando Trance que es lo que se llevaba por aquel entonces hasta que descubrio los ritmos rotos por artistas como FatBoySlim, Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method etc. A mediados de los 90 es cuando empieza a explorar los ritmos rotos de esa epoca como el trip hop, Big Beat, Florida Break, FunkyBreaks, hasta que por el aÒo 2000 empezo a escuchar Nu skool y Tech-break mas potente y serio el cual a sido predominante en muchos aÒos.
A recorrido diversos festivales por gran parte la geografÌa andaluza y salas de residente en la provincia de cordoba. Empezo a finales de los 90 ya a trabajar de dj por varias salas hasta que se quedo a principios del 2000 de residente 15 aÒos en la mitica sala retro (sala dedicada exclusivamente al breakbeat) de discoteca idem. A compartido cartel con grandes de la escena break internacional como, rennie pilgrem, aquasky, elite force, Far too loud, wavehore, plump djs, atomic hooligan etc... y con todos los artistas nacionales conocidos como rasco, aldo ferrari, man, jordy slate, wally y muchos mas. su estilo predominante siempre sera el break uk mas serio y contundente.

Our first album, Malditos Bass-Star-Dos! (Which will be released next November 1st under our own label, Mental Machine Muzik), is the work of several months in which we have tried to capture our open minds and our obsession with attractive sounds. To present this project, we have created 10 new tracks, which will be accompanied by another 8 tunes published under iBreaks Records label, forming a compilation full of variety with a predominance of Breaks genre.  

In this album you will find tracks clearly influenced by the purest Elektro-Breaks of the early decade ("EBM", "Elektro-Life"); casual and fresh sounds characteristic of Tech-Funk ("Joe Jacks”, "Overestimate", "Hard 'n' Bass", etc.); Oldskool impressive percussions ("Total Cucumber"); as well as tracks inspired by Bassline and NuSkool Breaks predominant in the UK ("Everybody Scream", "You Must Find Strength").

In addition, we wanted to honor one of our sources of inspiration in this adventure in Breaks music, as in the case of "Party Groove", a production subtitled as "Breaks Phenomenon" honoring the NuSkool Breaks classic "TSUNAMI ONE & BT : Hip Hop Phenomenon [Marine Parade] 1999."

You will also find in "Malditos Bass-Star-Dos!" some of the recent hits of these French masked guys, like "Hypnotizin", "You Must Find Strength", "Compute", "Get Hype On This", "Funkdation", ...

Once again, The Darrow Chem Syndicate and Nipponeer Records is here to take the hats off of the former decisive era of electronic music. 

The label is offering contemporary breakbeat tracks this time on this release with dance floor-banger-vibes for the peak-hours that would felt like dropping the bass bomb at any festival slots or club plays. Their constant artist, The Darrow Chem Syndicate is being remixed by Kid Panel whom you can recently come across on the Sales Charts of Beatport and JunoDownload with several releases up to date. Another remixer is OnDaMike, who is well-known for his fusion of mainstream and completely unique sounds, while he’s always on the cutting-edge of the latest trends in the music world. Last but not least, the young and aspiring Kuplay is also featured on this release, having given the opportunity to prove his new skills as an upcoming producer in this big game of beats and breaks. 

Each artist used to be gigging across their continents on regular basis before the pandemic situation, so these remixes will do the job for ya - leaving no disappointment behind!

Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. This is the 16th release of the label, while the first EP came out in 2009 - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.

Peter Paul is a DJ and producer that has been releasing tracks since the 1990s. He has a huge back catalogue under his belt of many singles, and 5 artist albums. He is an ambassador for Spanish electronic music from Andalucia, and has brought his own unique, pioneering take on the vibrant Sevillilian music scene to the world stage. He has crafted a proprietary sound that pushes boundaries, and has been supported by major artists from around the world. Support for his music has come from the likes of Phil Hartnoll (Orbital), James Zabiela, Eric Morillo, The Crystal Method, and many more. 

Peter Paul is also a successful label owner with his imprint N-Mity Sound, and curator of club nights and events in the south of Spain, and the UK. As well as his own critically acclaimed tracks, he has put out a number of slick, forward thinking mixes, including one of a set at Glastonbury Festival that was broadcasted on the Annie Nightingale show on BBC Radio 1. He has played at many other large festivals worldwide, and toured the world playing as far afield as Australia, Russia, Poland, Hungary, UK, and Spain. Awards received by Peter Paul have accumulated over the years, and include ‘Best DJ’, ‘Best Label (N-Mity Sound)’, and ‘Best Producer’.

Peter Paul continues his career in 2019, and is bringing together tracks from his back catalogue that were released under different pseudonyms as part of one unifying collection.

BSD (BASS-STAR-DOS) is a DJs / producers duo from France.

Their beginning in the world of music goes back to 1998, when they started producing Hip-Hop and Trip-Hop developing their first works, own and for other artists. The influence of Fluke, Renegade Soundwave, Lionrock, Anthony Rother, and Jackal & Hyde, among others, led them to experiment slowly with Elektro-Breaks and House.

In 2008, the BSD project was consolidated, and after playing several times on various radio shows, they signed for iBreaks Records label. At the same time they won the remix contest by Rennie Pilgrem and his label, Thursday Club Recordings.

Since their first release, Intoxikated Muzik EP, they were very well received by audiences, DJs and critics, and their singles achieved many Top 1 in the Breaks sales charts on major stores. Finally, their meteoric rise was recognized in the 2010 edition of the Breakspoll Awards, where BSD were awarded as “Best Breakthrough Producer”.

As they would need a greater control over their music, BSD established their own label in late 2010, Mental Machine Muzik, where they released a debut album entitled “Malditos BASS-STAR-DOS!”

Having shaken the Breaks scene in just over a year, they decided in early 2011 to diversify their style and start producing House and Indie Dance, collaborating with other producers and vocalists.


Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. The very first release came out in 2009, while new releases are delivered each a week stretching the musical boundaries of all things broken rhythms - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.
