I retired from playing out in 2019 and haven't published a mix since, but I've never stopped collecting and playing music. The Fits and Starts Anthology reflects this with collections of tracks old and new, across the spectrum of house, techno and minimal. They're not perfect or edited mixes, they're done in one take and recorded live in my home studio when the mood struck. Born in Tel-Aviv and forged in London, TAL9000 is the embodiment of chaos mastered and channelled.  

As a young girl, Tal found solace in the thunderous poetry of Iron Maiden, the cosmic explorations of Pink Floyd, and the dark, brooding power of Black Sabbath. These weren't just bands she listened to—they were emotional anchors during formative years, teaching her that music could simultaneously break and rebuild her heart.
Then came the night that changed everything—her first encounter with psychedelic trance. The moment Shpongle's layered soundscapes washed over her, something awakened within. Through Talamasca's rhythmic storytelling, Astrix's electric energy, and Infected Mushroom's genre-defying compositions, Tal discovered not just a new sound, but a new way of feeling.
In her metamorphosis to TAL9000, she found her true voice—a voice that speaks of transformation, of darkness and light, of familiar comforts and alien terrains. 

TAL9000 isn't a persona, it's a vessel. Her sets aren't performances; they're confessions, inviting listeners to surrender to vulnerability and emerge stronger on the other side.

By day, she is a cyber security leader, protecting digital worlds with the same fierce dedication that fuels her music. This duality isn't a contradiction but a harmonious balance—her analytical mind creating the perfect foundation for her emotional expression.

When TAL9000 stands behind the decks, time dissolves. Her sets bridge worlds—analog and digital, past and future, memory and possibility. Between the notes lies her story: a woman who crossed seas and genres to find herself, and who now offers others the same journey of connection, revelation, and raw, unfiltered emotion that music once gave her.

Dee-Jay Shuga is a lover of all things house whose sound is comprised of good driving basslines, smooth vocal samples & a warm techy feel.

Tyler can truly say music is his life. He travels the world DJing - Croatia, Turkey, USA, Canada, Bulgaria, England, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Korea, Argentina, Mexico, Slovenia, Italy, France, Scotland, Singapore, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Taiwan, Turkey and Germany.
In the 90's, he co-owned Bassix, a well known Vancouver-based record store, so it is to be expected that his record collection would be extensive. He is credited for bringing house music to Vancouver, with countless parties, and timeless mixed tapes. He helped launch SONAR back in 1997, Vancouver's first club dedicated to electronic music, where the club was soon voted one of "Ministry of Sound's" top 20 nightclubs in the world.

Caren Gummer, better known as Caren G, is a Filipina DJ and a prominent member of an artistic collective of “The House of Osiris” DJs in the London underground scene. With a long-time love for House, Breakbeats, and rhythmic energy, her dynamic sets create a space where people come together to CONNECT, MOVE, and GROOVE. Caren’s present-day electronic music taste leans toward a Techno/tech-house oriented sound, often blending in some Latin and tribal vibe, and some killer breaks.

Early Days in the Philippines:
Caren’s journey began in the vibrant club scene of Manila in the late 90s. Encouraged by her DJ friends, she turned her hobby into a full-blown passion.

As a resident DJ at Flava and Venezia (V-Bar), and guest dj-ed in various bars and super-clubs like WherElse Makati and Ascend, she spun a mix of house music, DnB and 90s hiphop.In 2007, Caren ventured to London where she had the opportunity to collaborate with DJs from different countries.She honed her skills at the SubBass Academy in Electronic Music, mastering vinyl mixing and refining her artistry behind the decks.Caren joined the DJSkool group and Agency where seasoned professionals met, jammed, and mentored beginners. Weekly vinyl sessions at iconic London venues like MedicineBar Shoreditch and Inigo Vauxhall allowed her to share her knowledge and passion with aspiring DJs.
