Welcome to the 17th instalment of your Techno Topic show. Where as the time gone seem like yesterday I started the show. Just wanted to say a massive thanks for all the continued support with the podcast im overwhelmed truly, thank you. Let's get to it then. This month, we have Techno Infusion putting together  top top set!!!, Ever since hearing his sound on soundcloud, I've bin hooked love his style of Techno. Slowing down the BPM this month but don't let that fool you with his banging beats and acid licks Techno Infusion takes us on a journey with his track selection and mixing his link is down belowto his Soundcloud page so go ahead and give him a follow all really good decent stuff, as always,listen, enjoy and more top djs to come.

Bio

Techno Infusion, also known as Thomas, was born in Thuringia in 1970. When I was 14 years old, I - like all teenagers - quickly discovered the love for music and recorded everything that was very electronic, for example Depeche Mode. When I heard a maxi version (remix) for the first time, I was totally thrilled and from then on I only recorded remixes. In 1998, after my time in the army as a conscript, I decided to become a DJ and organized the first illegal raves in Erfurt. My name quickly spread in the techno scene and clubs became aware of me. From 2000 on, I played in various clubs in Thuringia. In 2003, I was totally exhausted by drugs and quit everything. Three years ago, I was hospitalized for two weeks due to a viral infection. In the hospital, you have a lot of time to think: “What was the best time in your life? Making music and letting others participate in it.” From the hospital, I went straight to a music store and bought all the DJ equipment you need.

Today, I only do a techno party twice a year - without drugs - for my friends and myself mixes to upload to SoundCloud. I am always happy when someone likes my music and leaves me a like and possibly a comment in the set.

Ok here is a little about Thomas.

"Born in 1970 in Thuringia, I worked after military service from 1998 to 2000 in various clubs in Erfurt and for 3 years in the Frankfurt gay clubs playing mainly house and trance.
It was only through the pandemic and lockdown that I rediscovered my love for music.
For 2 years I have been making music exclusively for myself and NRG Techno Radio.
I am happy that I was able to meet so many new friends through music and that shows that music can connect us all no matter which country or continent we live."

Welcome to my SoundCloud page, I am a DJ from Newcastle upon Tyne, 

I regularly play Techno, Tech-House, and generally a bit of everything on DJ Techneck's NRG Radio Show every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 

Influences on my sound from the past would be the likes of Carl Cox, Joey Beltram,  DJ Easygroove, and a tonne of others. There are too many to list! 

Modern DJs who influence me are Boys Noize, Mall Grab, Kettama, Sara Landry, T78.
Also, a tonne of DJs and producers on SoundCloud who are big inspirations to my sound.

I've been Djing now for over 30 years, and I love it more than ever. I do this as a hobby now just in my spare time and generally just have fun with it.

I'm not perfect by any means, and I never think I am, I just love all types of electronic music, and i love to bring new sounds to the ears of the listeners. I always have done.
