By the time I came to publish it, the pandemic was sweeping the globe and it did not feel appropriate to share, given the collective context we were in. Now, 3 years later, it’s a question which feels more relevant than ever. *

In this response, from the Spirit of Rudyard Kipling, we are encouraged to question, and engage with, our experience of time rather than the company we may be in. The question he asks is: ‘Are you comfortable with your time?'  We are encouraged to question our beliefs and what we pay attention to. ‘A picture bigger than oneself, is the art to dallying in time.’  A beautiful reminder, to keep us centred.

Q+A 93: How do I manage myself and my time when with people I have nothing in common with?

An interesting and philosophical response to the question of climate engineering, with references to male and female energies, the 'self-selected' individual or archetype, and love.

Q+A 94: Can human-made impacts on weather be counterbalanced by nature?

This is a practical response to a common question with guidance and 3 prompts to create reassuring perspective and insight. "That you cannot label yourself, is the beautiful quandary of a life in bloom" and we are reminded, "In a fluctuating world, all probabilities are of equal potential."

Q+A 95: How do I describe my job title given I have many roles which seem to be changing?

At a time when we are witnessing disturbing atrocities and violence in the world, we are offered words of peace and understanding. "Conflict and love co-exist"...and we are reminded to choose the new path. "What would love do? It would find another way." A message for us at home, in relation to inner conflict, as much as for the wider world.

A thought-provoking question and answer, calling on our personal courage and wisdom to carry humanity forward. Which, of all the qualities of history, do we wish to embody for today and our future? An interesting perspective, helpful for periods of conflict and confusion.

A lovely response to a relatable question for many, in which we are encouraged to ‘not know’: ‘When one accepts one does not understand, a beautiful motion occurs: knowledge floods in.’ With compassion and encouragement, we are told: ‘One does not need to understand one’s own neurodivergent thoughts, processes or emotions. But one must be willing to love them', inviting us to accept our increasingly divergent society.

I love this episode! Short and extremely powerful...it gave me goosebumps recording it. The question in full is: 'I would like to ask for guidance on how to live a creative life. One that not only consists of isolated moments of creativity but one where that creativity is unfolded and stretched and expanded until it encompasses all that I do?' It's a must-listen for those times when we benefit from a nudge or expansion back into alignment.
