Penguins (mini-documentary score)

A brief relaxing track for nature documentary style, especially for underwater films like in an alien scenery. Synth pads create a space atmosphere moving, then it become more concrete as the earth and a few orchestral instruments play a funny story.

ello everyone! Here's my entry for the #scorerelief2024.

I am very happy to participate and very grateful to "The Cue Tue" for continuing to organize these competitions, they trully are accelerated courses in film composition.

This score was programmed in Cubase 13 PRO, with the wonderful sounds of BBC Symphony Orchestra PRO by Spitfire Audio, and EastWest Sound´s timbal percussion.

My name is Carlo and I am a composer specialized in soundtracks for short films, commercials, and multimedia content.

In my productions, I often start from the guitar or organic sounds, evolving into electronic and ambient influences. This allows me to adapt to very different genres and projects while maintaining a creative and cinematic approach.

I am an Orchestral Composer, although through the years I have gained experience in different formats (film, television, theater, etc.) in the last two years I have been composing the soundtrack of an unannounced MMO.

My work focuses on MIDI orchestral composition through VST sounds, also using different resources such as synthesizers, native instruments, cinematic percussion, choirs and others.

Tear Down the Walls is a project inspired by the natural world and by the many worlds of science fiction, combining traditional and electronic sounds to create music on the margins between this reality and the fictional realities of our imaginations.
