Hello and welcome to our show discussing season four, the final season, of The Umbrella Academy.

On the show we discuss the final six episodes, the feeling of how they seemingly wrapped up the show - being one where they did not even attempt to land the plane they simply slammed it into the ocean!! ... and then the show ended up in the belly of a giant squid...

There are little bits in these final six episodes which were fun, enjoyable but overall the story just made no sense and greatly contradicted the story we had always been told... in so many ways...

So, this is our final podcast discussing this show and it ends on a bit of a sour note sadly... but we hope... fingers crossed... people still enjoy our chat.

Netflix's The Umbrella Academy (Season 4) Review

Just because a movie is set at Christmas doesn’t mean it is a “Christmas Movie.”  So sayeth us.  We drop some hot takes on all the holiday entertainment marketed to us every year as being very Christmas-y… and we say NOPE.  Or at least we are confused as to why they are considered part of this Season of Joy.  The rules are pretty arbitrary here, but the bottom line is - if it has Santa Claus in it that doesn’t give it a free pass.  You gotta earn that Xmas Cheer, yo.  Also, Die Hard is still not a Xmas movie.
