🌟 Delicious Soft Cake Recipe (Serves 8–10)
Ingredients:

3 eggs (at room temperature)

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup milk

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 packet baking powder (about 10–12 g)

1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or grated orange zest

Instructions:

Beat eggs and sugar

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light and creamy (about 3–4 minutes with a mixer).

Add the liquids

Add milk and oil, then mix again until smooth.

Add dry ingredients

Sift in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Gently mix until fully combined.

If you want a chocolate version, replace a few tablespoons of flour with cocoa powder.

Pour into pan

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 35–40 minutes.

Don’t open the oven door for the first 25 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.

Tips:

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

Sift the flour to make the cake extra fluffy.

Let the cake rest for 10 minutes after baking before removing it from the pan.
