In this track, you hear the sounds of a monochord tuned to C with me toning above it. I am toning the intervals of unison, a perfect fourth, a perfect fifth and a major third. This combination of intervals is known to ease anxiety thanks to the work of Dr. John Beaulieu. 

- The unison interval helps calm the mind and bring us into the present just as we are now. 
- The fourth interval helps ground over-hyper thoughts, down-regulates the amygdala, and brings us back to reality.
- The fifth is very harmonizing, balancing and stabilizing for the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. It releases nitric oxide which catalyzes the healing response and lifts depression.
- The major 3rd is motivating and expansive. It helps free the emotions and offers positive direction.
